We had a really pleasant experience during our romantic escape. Firstly, the breakfasts were amazing, with a lot of delicious and fresh options. Secondly, the hotel was located just a few steps away from the ski slopes, which was really convenient for us. Additionally, we loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, especially the warm and charming fireplace in the lobby.
We do have a few concerns regarding the shower facilities. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made it difficult to rinse off after skiing. Moreover, the bathroom was a bit small and didn't offer enough space for our toiletries. we had a great stay at the hotel, but we would recommend they consider improving their shower facilities.

The personnel and attention were outstanding. The managers Sol and Ricky went the extra mile to make my stay very pleasant. Also they have an observatory in the Hotel which delivers a great experience on an open night. Close enough to lifts and they shuttle you up and down to them for free. Awesome Hotel....

We had a romantic escape and it was amazing! the room was tastefully designed and neat. We loved the heated floors and the self catering facilities. the staff provided great service and catered to our needs. the location was perfect, with easy access to the ski resort and a regular bus service to town. Plus, the views of the snow-covered mountains were breathtaking.
We felt that the price was a bit high for what was offered. the bathroom was on the small side and could have been more functional.

Wonderful location, at the base of Cerro Catedral (a little far away from Bariloche city). Nice and spacious room, with jacuzzi and good heating system. The breakfast was acceptable and the little kitchen had the minimum stuff needed to prepare some simple meals.
The room´s windows were supposed to have a blackout and courtain, but one of the blackouts were missing. I requested the hotel to fix the problem. They installed a (used) blackout, but removed the curtain.
